LIVE AUCTION ITEM - PREVIEW ONLY. After traveling on pilgrimage to Tibet and Nepal in 2007, two "twin" Amitayus statues were brought back to Seattle. One statue was offered to H.H. Jigdal Dagchen Sakya to request that he live long and continue to turn the Wheel of Dharma. The second statue was consecrated by H.H. Jigdal Dagchen Sakya, using some relics brought back from the Tibetan pilgrimage, and placed on the home shrine of the donor. It has remained an object of refuge on the home shrine since 2007. This auction item is the second "twin" statue. The decorative "necklace" was made and placed on the statue by H.E. Dagmo Jamyang Sakya. Note: Item measures 8.5" tall.
