102cm x 102cm 2025 Louis’s painting has two streams. The first being monochromatic and the second being high contrasting colours. The painting styles range from fluid gestures reminiscent of sumi-e painting to the formal structures, codes and colours of minimalism, the artist is dancing through a number of worlds to find some artistic resolution.
