BIO:
Maria Ibrahim (Barcelona, 1961-…)
Com dupla nacionalidade (espanhola e portuguesa) e tendo vivido em diversos países e continentes na sua infância e adolescência, estudou Belas Artes na Michaelis School of Fine Art ,da Universidade de Cape Town (África do Sul), e viveu grande parte da sua vida adulta em Valparaíso no Chile. Actualmente reparte-se sobretudo pelo Chile, Londres e Lisboa, lugar que sente hoje “ser mais a sua casa”.

Maria Ibrahim (Barcelona, 1961–…)
With dual nationality (Spanish and Portuguese) and having lived in several countries and continents during her childhood and adolescence, she studied Fine Arts at the Michaelis School of Fine Art, University of Cape Town (South Africa), and spent much of her adult life in Valparaíso, Chile. She currently divides her time mainly between Chile, London, and Lisbon, a place she now considers “more like home.”
