8" x 10" Oil on cradle. Painted "en plein air" during the Garden's annual art event. A colorful and whimsical interpretation of this magnificent troll. Mark's work includes three mediums, bird carving, stone sculpture, and oil painting, which have significant commonalities, as switching from one to another creates intellectual, emotional, and technical challenges which can be exciting and daunting. Mark enjoys the challenge, expressiveness, and healing that motivates and encourages him to grow as a person and share his work with others.
