Chicago deep dish pizza for all! And yes, it is authentic! This is a 2" Deep - Cornmeal Crust pizza with hand crushed whole pear tomatoes, whole milk mozzarella, loads of Garlic & basil and cooked to perfection with fillings like Masa’s secret recipe Sweet Italian Sausage & Authentic Hot Giardiniera,
“imported” from Chicago. They even use well-seasoned pans lovingly forged in the Windy City and, yes, each pie takes at least 45 minutes to bake. If you’re from Chicago, you know it’s well worth the wait.
