Mr. Reilly's Art Adventure

Donut Miss Out! You and up to five (5) friends can join HOD’s art teacher, Mr. Reilly, for a fun and delicious after school art activity. We will be creating lifesize three dimensional art sculptures of DONUTS! These delectable donut desserts will look as realistic as the ones you might stop to get at Dunkin Donuts right here in Norfolk. For our culinary creation, we’ll first produce a three dimensional form before plastering it into its final shape. Next, we’ll paint on the necessary outside color (golden for a glazed donut, brown for a chocolate, etc.). Finally we’ll add detailed effects such as frosting or sprinkles or powdered sugar. Your realistic, lifesize art creation will be both durable and delicious–looking! Plus, we might even take a pause in the fun to enjoy the real thing during a snack break! max 6 students total
