The tour topic will be “The History, Highlights and Hidden Features of the Arboretum.” 2) A recently published soft back copy of “A is for Arboretum” written and photographed by Nancy Matlack and 3) A beautiful set of 7 notecards that are reproductions of original oil paintings done by Nancy Matlack - "Scenes of the Seasons at the Morris Arboretum". Morris Arboretum & Gardens of the University of Pennsylvania inspires an understanding of the relationship between plants, people, and place through education, research, and horticultural display. As an irreplaceable public garden, the Morris provides a place of respite, beauty, and learning, where the joy and wonder of the natural world inspire all who visit to be enthusiastic ambassadors for plants. A vital part of one of the great research universities in the world, the Morris is renowned for its science aimed at understanding and conserving plants and ecosystems. Winner will be contacted post auction to schedule the tour.
