Sonja Smith (Yes, OUR Sonja Smith!) has been working as a collage artist for 30 years. In the late 1990s, she created 450 works the size of a cigarette box for Art-o-mat vending machines located in museum gift shops. She has also created many other small works in collage, embroidery, and painting. While she has participated in various art shows throughout the years, she now prefers creating work for herself.
