Come join us for one week of Summer Sabre Camp! Capital Fencing is the Premier Fencing School in Maryland, Virginia, and the DC Area. A dynamic, energetic and spirited community of fencers and families, Capital offers year-around, progressive training and instruction for youths ages 7 and up, teenagers, and adults at all levels, from recreational to internationally competitive. Our program strategy is to develop every student into well-rounded athletes first. Through individual instruction, skills-building, conditioning and competition, we build both halves of the athlete–the physical: coordination, balance, speed and strength; and the mental: focus, self-control, accurate decision-making and adaptability to ever-changing situations. But even more importantly, through fencing, we all gain essential skills that help us to better meet and manage the challenges we face throughout life.
