Description
Handmade quilt 72" by 60". The quilts were pieced by members of the Simcoe County Quilters Guild. The quilting was done by one of our long arm quilters who do so free of charge for outreach quilts. This pattern goes back at least 100 years and has been published under different names; it continues to be a popular favorite. The original pattern used a smaller size block than we use today. The potato chip quilt block is made by adding rounds of strips around a center block. Most quilts were made with multiple blocks that were sewn together into a larger quilt top.
