This offering includes a 60-minute one-on-one parent session and a 30-minute follow-up session, tailored to your family’s specific concerns and your child’s unique needs. Learn practical, evidence-based parent strategies to better understand your child’s challenges, respond to anxiety and/or OCD, navigate emotional outbursts and big feelings, reduce avoidance, and build coping skills, confidence, and independence. Redemption: Sessions must take place on mutually agreed-upon dates between December 1, 2026, and February 28, 2027. This offering is for parent education and skill-building, not psychotherapy.
