PhysioYoga takes the time tested therapeutic practice of yoga such as breath work, poses and nervous system regulation and layers on the modern day evidence-based science of biomechanics, neuroscience, pain science and physiology. This unique approach to functional and mindful movement integrates the strength and anatomical approach of physical therapy with the essence of yoga. Loren Mahaffey works with clients of all movement capabilities, 1 on 1, to create a personalized practice to support injury/pain recovery and prevention, promote longevity in movement and deepen connection to oneself somatically.

Thank you for participating in our online auction! All proceeds benefit the Namaspa Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation focused on bringing health and mindfulness practices to those in our society who can benefit from them most, yet who may currently have the least access. Donations help to provide classes in Central Oregon homeless shelters, drug and alcohol rehab facilities, retirement homes, schools and even the local Sheriff's Jail and prison. Please bid generously to help us in empowering individuals in these classes to gain life skills and realize their full potential. All items are to be picked up from the Namaspa Bend location, 1135 NW Galveston. We will be in contact after the auction with times available for pickup. If an item needs to be shipped then the buyer will pay shipping & packaging costs PLUS a $10 service fee (per shipment, which could include several items, within reason). Please note: we are not Amazon or other businesses that ship products as their business. We are a small, local yoga studio. Packing and shipping your item is over and above our daily tasks and would be prohibitively expensive if we had the local Pack & Ship place do it (we checked). If you have a local friend who can pick up your item and ship it to you, that may be more cost effective for you.
