Description

The world around us is animate, alive, and mysterious. And we can find a deep well of belonging when we somatically experience ourselves as a living, breathing part of our wild Earth. Join me to reweave your body, mind, and soul into Earth and Sky, Water and Wind. We start with our deepest foundation and most ancient ancestors: the elements. I`ve been engaging in a creative research project over the past year to understand the most powerful ways to connect with and learn from the elements around us. From this foundation of somatic connection to our Earth Body, we will gather other guides and supports to our journey into the wilds of life. We will connect with the natural world and our own deep imagination to discover who else, such as red oak, coyote, owl, or bee, is walking, soaring, and pollinating this path along side of us. With our body woven into the elements and our psyche supported by our guides, we are now prepared to ask the deepest questions of life, such as `What is my place in the family of things?` and `How do I participate in the Dream of the Earth?`.
