Ally's 3rd Grade Prismatic Crystal Sea Turtles worked with local ceramic artists Melissa and Elle Henshaw to create a dynamic kinetic sculpture. We imagined escaping Earth for a vacation getaway and planned what we would each choose to pack and bring with us. Our out-of-this-world art piece features a hand painted paper lantern version of our home planet in the center, surrounded by ceramic charms and beads sculpted and glazed by each individual child as well as classroom teachers Heather and Ally. This kinetic sculpture is a one-of-a-kind piece of art that captures memories of this special class as well as functioning as a unique time capsule. Thank you for supporting Satori School! We reserve the right to cancel bids that are not directly connected to our Satori community (family and friends of the school). If you have the winning bid on an auction item, Bidding Owl will notify you by email and will direct you to a link you may use to pay, if you choose. Payments can also be made in the office with cash or by Venmo to @SatoriAR in your Venmo app. If asked for a four digit code, enter 2938. Once items are paid in full, they will be available for pickup in the Charter office during school hours (8:30am - 4:00pm) beginning Wednesday, May 6th through Thursday, May 14th at 1:00pm. Items will only be released to the winning bidder and a valid ID will be required. Items not picked up by Thursday, May 14th at 1pm will be forfeited unless other arrangements have been made. Gift certificates can be shipped, and shipping and handling are $5 per item. If you are an out-of-town Friend of Satori, please contact us regarding our shipping policy. All auction purchases are final sale. No refunds or returns. In cases of non-payment, item will go to the next highest bidder. If you have specific questions, please contact auction@satorischool.org.
