Private Restorative Sound Journey

Patti Kristiansen is offering a 75-minute experience for 1-2 people. Includes guided breath awareness, restorative yoga relaxation position and a personalized crystal singing bowl sound journey. Patti is a registered Yoga teacher, certified Yoga Therapist and a certified licensed Occupational Therapy Practitioner (COTA/L) with over 30 years experience supporting children and adult well being. Her work integrates mindfulness, embodied yoga, meditation, restorative practices and sound to create welcoming space for relaxation, healing and self discovery. As a musician, Patti incorporates crystal singing bowls, gentle breath practices, and mindful presence to help participants slow down, release tension and reconnect with themselves.
