Danny will provide detailed information about the North Carolina Native American Indians. North Carolina is home to 8 tribes and 4 urban Indian organizations. The Lumbee Tribe is the largest tribe east of the Mississippi River, the ninth largest tribe in the United States, and the largest non-reservation tribe in the U.S. Danny Bell is a recently retired staff member of UNC Chapel Hill.
