Scott is a private plant-based chef and nutrition student who hosts monthly themed pop-ups in North Vancouver to show that vegan food can be delicious, healthy, and fun. His cooking is heavily inspired by his travels to dozens of countries, and he continues to learn about cuisines from around the world.
