Description
Ernest Hemmingway once said, “Wine and friends are a great blend.” So gather some friends to join you for an evening exploring wines of Italy! This instructor-led wine tasting is available to you and ten guests in the comfort of your home. Over the course of two hours, guests will enjoy three wines of Italy while learning about Italy’s rich history of winemaking, as well as the geographic regions and unique styles represented by the wines. The instructor will also provide helpful tips on selecting, serving and storing your favorite wines. Looking to explore a different wine region? The two-hour class may be customized to your preferences with additional wines provided by you. Guests must be aged 21 or older. Onsite instruction is valid within 40 miles of St. Elizabeth School through December 15, 2024. Great Vines and Wines, LLC, was founded by Deborah Reitz. Deborah is a Certified Specialist of Wine who provides education and consulting to those who are passionate about wine. Cheers! Includes gourmet basket with wines and accessories including three bottles of wine -- Cascina Chicco Cuvee Zero, Cantine del Notaio L`Atto Basilicata, and I Pentri Castelvenere Falanghina Flora -- wine opening and care kit, serving dish, assorted oils, and more.

Bidding will continue at the event on March 30 (unless specified as online only). Top online bidders will be the starting event at the event. Absentee bidding is available per request by emailing development@stelizabeth-school.org. Gift certificates can be mailed after the event. All items can be shipped at the cost of the winning bidder.
