Some people dream of being astronauts, some people want to be president. Todd Graves, our Founder, dreamed of opening an amazing Chicken Finger Restaurant.
When considering names for the Restaurant, Todd decided to honor his beloved yellow Lab, Raising Cane, whose name is a combination of having fun and sugar cane.
On August 28th, 1996, the first location opened. It was the start of Todd’s commitment to serve craveable Chicken Finger meals, with a great Crew, cool Culture and being actively involved in the Community - a commitment that continues in every Raising Cane's today.

PLEASE NOTE: It is assumed that bidders are local to the Burbank, CA Area and will retrieve their prizes from the Burbank Animal Shelter September 18-20, 2025.
