Refurbished bike for the Auction for Animals 2026 by the Burbank Bike Angels.
Kent La Jolla, 26’’, coaster, coaster brakes
This bike is perfect for a teenager or adult and would be perfect as a surprise holiday gift!
This completely refurbished Bike is generously provided by Burbank Bike Angels. Bike Angels is a volunteer group of current and retired Burbank City employees and residents throughout local communities. The organization refurbishes donated bicycles and gifts them to less fortunate kids in the community through partnerships with the Burbank Boys & Girls Club, Burbank Family Service Agency, Home Again L.A, and other local non-profit groups.
On average, Burbank Bike Angels donates 150 refurbished bikes per year to support local kids! In 2019 the Burbank Sustainable Commission presented the Bike Angels with the prestigious Green Spotlight Award for their efforts in restoring nearly 2000 bikes and keeping them out of landfills while helping local kids.
DONATIONS AND VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
As the holiday season approaches, Burbank Bike Angels is always looking for donations of used bikes and volunteers to help with the refurbishment process. All levels of talent are welcome

PLEASE NOTE: It is assumed that bidders are local to the Burbank, CA Area and will retrieve their prizes from the Burbank Animal Shelter September 18-20, 2025. Artwork, Collectables and Alcoholic Beverages cannot be shipped. If you have a question about if an item can be shipped at cost to the bidder, please reach out to the Auction Administrator before bidding on an item. All Participants must be 18 years of age to place bids. Items including alcoholic beverage are noted as having a minimum age of 21 years of age to bid.
