I support you in building radically responsible relationship practices. I help couples, friends, teams, and individuals, identify and evolve your patterns of reactivity so that you can create the intimacy you desire. I support you finding integrity with your core values and principles. Through practices of conscious feeling, I help you lower your numbness and communicate the information from your heart— healing emotional defensiveness, and becoming more available to your relations  – your people, projects, and principles. My training is rooted in decolonial ethos, and spans transformative justice, Indigenous studies, Nonviolent Communication, Possibility Management, Circle Keeping, Rage work, dance theater, intuitive bodywork, land-based art, medicinal and ritual crafting, wilderness education, crisis response, and more.
