Description
Experience a rejuvenating Revive Wellness Session for 2, where you will embark on a transformative journey through contrast therapy. This unique session utilizes the power of sauna and cold baths to unlock the potential of your parasympathetic nervous system. As you alternate between the soothing warmth of the sauna and the invigorating chill of the cold baths, you will discover a profound sense of focus and calm.
"Been here 3 times already. Beautiful space and different levels of cold plunge. The staff are amazing and very helpful. Plenty of space and never crowded, herbal teas and water that feel like heaven after the sauna and cold plunge! The sauna is nice and perfectly hot! The seasonal depression just leaves my body every time I come here!" - Lillianne Elkady
