Box Office Hours Our Box Office staff are available to assist you in person, by phone, or by email on Monday – Friday, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm, and at the concert venues one hour prior to showtime. Box Office windows are closed in late June through Labor Day. Patrons may call the Box Office Monday through Thursday during business hours.
