Description

Douglas Smith - Two schooners docked in Camden Harbor. 12" X 16" unframed, 18" X 22" with frame. Artist Bio: Douglas Smith (b. 1953) attended the Rocky Mountain School of Art in Denver, CO (1977), and Lyme Academy of Fine Art in Old Lyme, Ct. (1987-1990) where he studied portrait painting and received the first Stobart Foundation Scholarship for Outdoor Painting. Smith moved to Maine in 2004. He has travelled and painted on location in Europe, Mexico, Russia, and Alaska and has exhibited widely in New England.
