Silent Auction packages will be sold based on the current description; contents are sold as is. Payment for all items purchased by the final bidder must be made at the conclusion of the auction event, all sales are final.  No exchanges or refunds are available.  A support and processing fee of 3% will be added at checkout.
  
Buyers claim items by presenting a paid auction receipt to the merchandise table at the Iowa Shrine Bowl Game.  If the auction package you won is not picked up prior to start of 3rd Quarter of the Iowa Shrine Bowl game, you will be responsible for contacting Michael Hensing at michael@iowashrinebowl.org to make arrangements for shipping.  Purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs.

If items are not claimed by September 1st, we will consider your items to be a donation back to the Iowa Shrine Game and will use the unclaimed items in future events.
