Description
Six Hours of flute lessons, any age or level in home studio of the donor. Student provides own instrument and music (purchase advice available). Includes ear training, theory, technique, duets, and suitable repertoire. Times to by appointment. Dr. William Egnatoff began playing flute in 1955 at age 7 1/2 in Melfort, Saskatchewan and began teaching flute in 1960. He studied with Ed Abramson, Marcel Moyse, and Robert Aitken, for whom he is biographer. He is an experienced soloist, orchestral player (National Youth Orchestra, Saskatoon, Hamilton), and chamber musician. In Kingston, he plays in the Kingston Classics Trio, Classic Delights Duo, Classic Delights Trio, and the Kingston Baroque Consort. In Toronto, he plays in the professional flute choir Flute Street.
