Description
Sheepskins have been used as warm bedding in rural Norway for centuries. When the sheepskins are sewn together, they become a textile called skinnfell (pronounced shin-fell)." - Vesterheim Museum
Made by Allie Quinn (Alyson Quinn's sister-in-law)
I love exploring fiber arts! Enjoy this handmade sheepskin heart, mitten and mini tomte, made at an American Swedish Institute class taught by a local artist. The heart is 3 inches wide and the mitten is 4 inches high, for reference.
