Description

Former Blanchard colleague, Elisa Kvitky, has started a Wellness career. Have a Somatic Healing Session with her! Somatic healing invites you to relax and reconnect with your body through gentle, nonmanipulative touch. During your session, you will lie fully clothed on a heated massage table as Elisa uses soft, attuned hand placements—mostly under your body—to assist you in entering a deep state of relaxation.  This is an in-person session in the San Diego area.
