Sombrero Lady

Bold. Mythic. A figure caught between cultures, carrying style into color. Bill’s acrylic paintings focus on Italian-themed pieces and abstracts. He developed a unique style of painting background designs with leftover paint and later adding a subject overlaying the canvas. A self taught artist, he is known to hide subtle images in his paintings. He paints everyday and usually works on 4-5 pieces at the same time. Proceeds from this item will benfit the Mexican American Educational Guidance Association (MAEGA).
