This stunning handmade bowl is a masterclass in natural texture, crafted from highly figured spalted beech. The wood’s intricate "spalting"—vibrant, dark lines created by nature—gives the piece a marbled, painterly appearance that is entirely unique. Hand-turned on a lathe with both love and skill, this bowl was created by a former Animal Control Officer, adding a meaningful layer of local heart and dedication to the craftsmanship. Measuring 9.25" wide and 3" tall, its wide, shallow profile is perfect for use as a centerpiece or a functional serving piece.

This is a fundraising activity for our organization. Every dollar goes to cats and kittens in need to provide vet care, spay/neuter, vaccinations, food, litter, and supplies.
