Pontoon Boat Tours on the beautiful St. Johns River. From majestic cypress trees and palm hammocks to beautiful vistas at sunrise or sunset, I will get you there in the comfort of a 23’ pontoon boat. Depending on the time of year we see bald eagles, osprey, roseate spoonbills, great blue herons, and many other birds. The places we go depend on such things as water levels, migratory bird activity, foliage seasons, wildflower blooms and other factors. Photo Tour (4-Hours) $150 per person These trips are all about photography. Focusing on light, time of day, scenic vistas and of course sunrise/sunsets. Photo Tours are limited to a maximum of 4 guests, so there is plenty of room for your camera gear and tripods. We know the best places to photograph sunrise or sunset. Sunrise tours depart one hour before sunrise so we can capture magical colors of pre-dawn. Sunset tours last until the last light of the day. On many trips you can stand on the shore to set up a tripod or shoot from the boat. Locations are determined based on the season, water levels, foliage, birds, and wildlife activity. We meet and depart from one of many public boat ramps along the St. Johns River. A map pin will be sent to you once booked with exact times. Sunrise trips generally leave 1-hour before sunrise. Sunset tours, 3-hours before sunset. What to Bring: - Hat - Snack if you wish - Sunscreen (I have bottled water and mosquito repellant onboard.)
