Description

 Becky will offer a 2-3 hour session on how to make strudel from scratch.  Learn how to combine flour, butter and egg to make the dough; how to slap the dough around and then hand stretch it until paper thin; and finally fill the dough with apples and roll with a sheet before baking it into a flaky sweet dessert.  Available for 1-3 people in one session on a date to be determined by the winner(s) and Becky Jensen.

Online bidding opens Friday, November 28, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. and closes Saturday, December 5, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. Winning bidders be notified via email at the close of the auction. Items may be paid for online or by check or cash when picked up at Peacham Library. Pick-up day will be Sunday, December 8, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
