Sunrise Salutations

Greet the morning in the gorgeous Learning Center outdoor classroom with private yoga for 4 led by Allison Bakken. Allison, a TLC teacher and parent, is an RYT-500 hours certified yoga instructor who can be found regularly leading classes with Yoga Spot in Meadville. Use the included journals to end your experience with some quiet reflection. This early morning session is the perfect way for you and three friends to kick off the day in a beautiful outdoor setting. Afterwards, grab the travel mugs and head to Cattail Cafe for a delicious brunch! If you're interested in furthering your practice, this package includes a pass to Yoga Spot as well!
