Personalized Career coaching, including career strategy discussion, resume review, mock interviews (technical and behavioral) for the tech industry (software engineering, AI, machine learning, etc.). Ideally for college students looking for internships or early career professionals (up to 5 years of experience).The package includes a total of 6 hours of consultation: 3 sessions of 2 hours. This includes:1 behavioral and 1 technical mock interviews2 rounds of resume reviewCredentials: currently a machine learning engineer at a government contractor. Hiring team for current college interns with experience in interviews and selection process, reviewing 100+ resumes. Worked 2 years as peer career coach as a UVA undergrad (business and compute science), reviewing 50+ resumes, conducting 25+ mock interviews. Graduate degree in Data Science at University of Chicago in 2024. TERMS: The winner will receive 6 hours of consultation: 3 sessions of 2 hours during mutually agreeable date It can be both online and in person Requires 1 week advance notice.
