The intricate stitches in this pattern reminded me of the countryside here in middle Tennessee - the rolling tree-covered hills, blue skies and clouds, rivers and lakes. I chose just a few beautiful indigo-dyed yarn colors to represent these elements. Despite all the development in the area recently, there is still so much beauty all around if we can open our eyes to see it!
