My work is dedicated to helping clients release long-held fascial restrictions, restore ease and freedom of movement, and develop postural patterns that support lasting alignment and vitality. I am deeply committed to guiding people toward a more grounded, embodied experience of health, peace, and joy—both on and off the table.

I bring over a decade of experience to this work, supported by my foundational training at the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork in 2012, where I studied within the framework of Ida Rolf’s ten-session Structural Integration series. This background continues to inform my understanding of the body’s fascial network and the powerful connection between structural balance and overall well-being.
