I am a 2012 graduate of the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork, where my training was grounded in the principles of Ida Rolf’s ten-session Structural Integration series. This education provided a deep understanding of the body’s fascial network and the ways in which structural balance influences overall health and well-being.

My work is centered on helping clients release long-held fascial restrictions, restore ease of movement, and cultivate postural patterns that support greater alignment and vitality. I am passionate about guiding people toward a more embodied sense of health, peace, and joy—both on and off the table.
