I am a graduate of the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork. (2012) We focused on learning from the ten sessions of Ida Rolfe’s structural integration (Rolfing).  I love helping people release fascial restrictions held in the body and to discover postural patterns and practices that support alignment, and greater health, peace, and joy in their lives.
