Three Somatic Skills Sessions

-Learn the basics of Somatic work and nervous system regulation. -Develop greater relaxation techniques -Connect deeper with your body’s innate wisdom. Join Caleb Tipple, MA, LPCC, SEP either at his office in Upper Arlington or digitally anywhere in Ohio for three one hour somatic sessions. A free 15 minute zoom consultation also provided to help tailor the sessions to fit your specific needs. Sessions may be gifted; however, it is recommended that the same person attend all 3 sessions to provide coherency in the work. This item is e-distributed.
