You are bidding on the ultimate Golf Experience with this stay and play package through the Dormie Network Your trip includes: • Two-day, one-night experience at a participating Dormie Network club.* • Two 18-hole rounds (one each day) for four players, including greens and carts fees. • One night in a private standard cottage with four master suites. • Member-level access to practice facilities, teaching staff, and onsite restaurants. Dormie Network policies: • Check in: 4 p.m. • Check out: 10 a.m. • Pets (except for service animals) are not permitted. • Conventional/appropriate golf attire required. • No outside food or beverage permitted on property. • Club is not responsible for damage or loss of personal property. • Smoking is not permitted in clubhouse or cottages. • Stay & Play certificates are good for one year from date of purchase. • Reservations can be made up to 180 days in advance. Not included in purchase price: • Food and beverage. • Golf shop merchandise. • Caddies (required for unaccompanied players): o Walking single or double looper: $90 + gratuity per bag. o Forecaddie (two or more): $50 + gratuity per person. Stay and Plays cannot be booked in September or October. 30-day cancellation policy. $250 per night deposit is required to book. Deposit is placed in a guest account to be used for caddies and food and beverage while on property. Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation is made within 15-30 days of reservation. Deposits are non-refundable, and the Stay and Play certificate is forfeited if a cancellation is made within 14 days of reservation. *Dormie Club and GrayBull are excluded. Participating clubs are ArborLinks, Ballyhack, Briggs Ranch, Hidden Creek, and Victoria National.
