Waldo Theatre - The Screen is Yours at The Waldo!

Choose a favorite film, and we'll screen it in The Waldo's historic 1936 Art Deco, 290-seat theatre, with 50 complimentary tickets for you to share however you wish! Celebrate a birthday. Make it the centerpiece of a family reunion. Host a company night out. Treat your neighbors, your book club, your favorite people. However you want to fill those seats, we are here for it. The Waldo handles everything. Your screening becomes a community event, open to the public with additional tickets available at the box office. You pick the film, the community gathers, and a shared evening unfolds in one of Maine's most beloved movie houses. Film selection is subject to staff approval to ensure it's a good fit for audiences and available under our licensing agreements, and excludes first-run theatrical releases. Your screening date will be scheduled in coordination with our programming calendar. The Waldo takes care of all logistics: staffing, projection, concessions, and coordination.
