A Wedgwood blue jasperware Christopher Columbus 500th Anniversary display plate with a white base relief of Christopher Columbus and a ship inside a compass markings.The plate measures approximately 6 1/2 inches in diameter stamped on the back in blue 'Christopher Columbus 500th Anniversary, to commemorate the voyages of discovery by Christopher Columbus 1451 - 1506 who in his search for a western sea route to India made four voyages across the Atlantic Ocean between 1492 and 1504.'
