All of the instruction is done online via Virtual, with a Yip Fitness instructor's watchful eye monitoring the class, to ensure proper form and prevention of injury. Yip Fitness classes are Live 1-hour Virtual online training group fitness classes. Includes free once a week health meetings with a health coach to discuss topics on meal-planning, learn accountability tricks, set daily habit goals, and manage stress. Stacy is a Michigan native who went to college in San Francisco, taught English in China, and then settled in Los Angeles to help take care of her 90-year-old grandmother. Her grandma is her biggest motivation to stay healthy and strong. Stacy has been a personal trainer since 2014. After being certified with NASM (National Association of Science Medicine), she adheres to a tailored science-based training program to empower individual clients to use their time and energy efficiently. 1-month membership for 30 days Unlimited Virtual fitness classes, expires 30 days after start date cannot put on hold once the membership starts.
