Welcome to the CBCC Keep the Bay Blue online auction! We hope you find some wonderful items to bid on while supporting our Keep the Bay Blue initiative. For 21 years, Coral Bay Community Council has served both people and the natural environment as a watershed management nonprofit in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Each year brings more active hurricane seasons, and we grow more and more concerned about our island’s infrastructure and its resilience to major storms.
Because climate change resilience is becoming more important than ever, CBCC is working on our natural resource preparedness with three major projects: Youth Watershed Education Program, Coastal Resilience, and Stormwater Structure Toolkit. All projects aim to improve Coral Bay and the overall island’s resilience to our changing climate by preparing our youth for future environmental endeavors, working on our coastal resilience infrastructure and planning, and creating sustainable neighborhood maintenance practices.
To support our initiatives and to emphasize the need for coastal resilience, CBCC is running a Keep the Bay Blue fundraiser! This will help support our work towards preparing Coral Bay and the territory for increasingly severe climate impacts.
You can help Keep the Bay Blue and prepare the U.S. Virgin Islands and Coral Bay for the future by participating in our auction!
