making every child feel like a Grand Champion.

Ladies Into Purchasing Stock (LIPS), founded in 1992, is a women's buying group dedicated to the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo™. Our mission is to raise funds to support Texas youth in their educational, agricultural, and artistic pursuits, ensuring every child feels like a Grand Champion.

As a 501(c)(3) organization, contributions to LIPS are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. After covering expenses, all funds raised are donated back to the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo™ through various programs.

Since our founding, LIPS has raised over $3 million through annual fundraising events. We are proud to be one of the original members and the first buyers’ group to surpass the $1 million mark in the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo™ Silver Spur Club. Currently, we hold a membership in the Silver Spur Club at the $2 million level.
