Project Transitions provides supportive housing and healthcare services to individuals in our community living with HIV and experiencing housing insecurity. We believe housing is healthcare, and that every person deserves stability, compassion, and the opportunity to move toward permanent housing and a healthier future.

May Flowers, hosted by RAIN on 4th, is a silent auction benefiting Project Transitions and the people we serve every day. Through art, community, generosity, and celebration, this event helps provide housing, support services, and hope to individuals who need it most. Every bid, donation, and contribution directly supports our mission and helps create lasting impact for members of our community facing some of life’s greatest challenges.
