Getting Started and Bidding

To make your experience as smooth as possible, we recommend you pre-register with Bidding Owl now so you're ready to bid when the auction opens.

Placing a bid is easy! Simply select a category of available items under the Categories section at the top left to view items by category or select All to browse them all at once. Click on any item to view its details and place your bid.

Bidding begins Monday, September 15th, at 8 AM EST and ends Sunday, September 21st, at 9 PM EST.

Bids can only be accepted through this auction site. We cannot accept bids via email or any other method.

In addition to our auction items, you can also support Mending Arrow Ranch through our Fund a Need section. You can also make a direct donation by clicking the Donate button below. Your generosity helps us make Mending Arrow Ranch accessible to our students and their families.

Prize Redemption

Winning bidders will be notified at the end of the auction. You can pay with PayPal at auction close, or with cash, check, or card when you pick up your items.

Item Pickup

You can pick up your items at the ranch on Saturday, September 27th, from 9 AM to 12 PM. We're located at 627 Red Clay Rd SW, Cleveland, TN 37311. For your convenience, we offer curbside pickup. Just text 423-305-5586 when you arrive, and we'll bring your items to your car.

If you can't make this time, please contact Kayla at 423-305-5586 or kayla@mendingarrowranch.org to arrange an alternate pickup date.

Vouchers and gift cards will be shipped to winning bidders at no charge. Please be prepared to show a printed receipt or photo ID for verification when picking up your items.
