Thank you for visiting our auction! We have lots of great items for your consideration. All funds raised go to support the community investments of the Rotary Club of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan.

REGISTER TO BID:

First-time bidders can establish a profile at the top right of auction webpage to register. Create an account and personal password. Then, bid on something so that your information is retained in association with the Mt. Pleasant Rotary Club Auction.

If you are a returning online bidder, you do not need to register again. Simply sign in with your email address and password. If you cannot remember your password, please use the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password.

Text and Email Alerts: Bid alerts are available throughout the auction. To activate, please check the necessary boxes when you register or update your profile to include text and/or email notifications. If you are a returning bidder and established this in a prior year, you do not need to do so again. 

Telephone support is available from 5-9 PM the final night of the auction, October 22, 2024, at (989) 772-6555.

Bidding:

  • Starting bids and bidding increments are as listed on the auction site for each item and are based on item value.
  • You must be a registered bidder on the Bidding Owl site to place bids. You may browse items without registering as a bidder.
  • Current/starting bids and item value are visible when browsing.
  • Options to help you bid: You may add items to a watch list, setup automated bidding, receive text or email alerts, and view your bidding history. Explore these options using the drop-down menu at the top right of the auction site.

Payment and Pickup Information:

ATTENTION WINNING BIDDERS:

PLEASE PAY ONLINE for faster pickup! We ask that winning bidders please use the shopping cart feature to pay for your items online. This will make the process easier for all. If you do still need to pay at item pickup, we will accept cash and checks.   

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING GIFT CERTIFICATES: Winning bidders assume all responsibility for expiration dates or special requirements as outlined on the certificates and/or noted in the item description. Most, but not all, have one-year expiration dates.

Item Pickup: 

Item pickup is at Isabella Community Credit Union (ICCU), 2400 S Isabella Rd, Mt Pleasant, on Thursday and Friday, October 24-25th, 2024, from 9 am – 4 pm. Please DO NOT COME ON WEDNESDAY. We will not be ready for you yet!

Item pickup is located across the ICCU main lobby. We will verify your winning bids and bring your items to you. If you did not pay online, we will collect payment by cash or check at that time. NOTE: No Rotary Auction transactions will be carried out in the ICCU banking drive thru. You must come into the lobby. Thank you!

Certificates or gift cards purchased online, and remaining following item pickup, will be mailed to you during the week of October 28th. If you prefer to pick them up sooner, or if you have other items that will not fit into an envelope, they must be picked up at ICCU during the above item pickup times.
