2025 Jasper Band Notable Event Auction
To benefit the Band Programs of Jasper Middle & High Schools in Jasper, Indiana
Welcome and thank you for visiting this auction site, benefitting the Jasper Band Parents, Inc. Our organization is a certified 501c3 non-profit organization. All proceeds from this auction will directly benefit the programs of the Jasper High School Band Organization. Over 300 students participate in these programs grade 6-12, making it one of the largest co-curricular activities in the district. Participants improve their music skills, discover leadership potential, make new friends and most importantly, HAVE FUN!
Fundraising Goal
Our goal is to raise $30,000 between the Notable Event auction and donations, which would cover the remaining costs of the successful 2024 marching season in addition to providing some much needed funds to the Jasper Band Parents endowment. The endowment funds go directly towards "running the program" expenses for all Jasper High School and Jasper Middle School band and guard activities.
Notable Event Auctions Explained
The Notable Event features an exciting in-person auction and live experience. While you can preview auction items on this site, all bidding will take place at the event this year. If you're unable to attend but wish to participate, contact us at notable@jasperband.org to be paired with a proxy bidder. Join us for an evening filled with exclusive silent auction items, a catered dinner, and a thrilling live auction featuring popular specialty items!
**Still adding and adjusting items for the 2025 event**
Auction Details:
- 100 and 200-level items will be open for pre-bidding before the event. Pre-bidding will begin at midnight on March 1, 2025 and will close at 12:00 noon on March 7, 2025.
- All 100 and 200-level items will be included with the in person silent auction on Saturday, March 8.
- If you are interested in bidding on an item but are unable to attend the event, please email us at notable@jasperband.org. We will do our best to partner you with an attendee to act as your proxy bidder.
- Items listed are categorized by number:
- 100s and 200s will be Silent Auction items available for pre-bidding, then in-person bidding at the event
- 300s are Live Auction items, which will be auctioned off after dinner
- Enjoy checking out the great selection of items provided by our amazing community donors and fellow band parents. Hopefully you can find something that catches your eye!
- If you don't see the perfect item listed in the auction, please consider a financial donation to the Band Parent Endowment. More details can be found on the link to the left.
In-Person Notable Event Details:
- Location: The Atrium at the Thyen-Clark Cultural Center
- Date: March 8, 2025
- Start Time: Doors open at 5:00 pm
- Cash Bar and grazing table available at this time
- Dessert Auction will run from 5:00-7:00
- Exclusive in-person silent auction will run from 5:00-7:30
- Dinner will be served at 6:30
- Live auction and additional games/fun will begin once dinner is over!
Registration: Tickets are $50 per person or $375 per table (seats 8) until 2/17. Reservations received after 2/17 will be $55 as availability allows. Sign up to attend the Notable Dinner using one of the following options:

Paying for a Winning Bid:
We use Stripe payments through the site. Bidders do not need to set up or have a Stripe account to pay for their items. We will accept cash or check payment in person at pick-up.
Please note that you must be 21 years of age or older to bid on or win any packages that contain alcohol. Must be 18 to bid on other items.
Winners will need to be able to pick up items in Jasper or have a representative that can do so. Shipping is not an option. Any winning bidders are asked to complete their payment through the bidding site by 10am Eastern time on Sunday, March 9th, unless paying in person by cash or check. Small items and gift certificates may be picked up at the end of the Notable Event, or arrangements can be made to pick up on Sunday, March 9th, between 12 noon and 2pm. Please contact Jessica Open (number below) to confirm the pickup timeframe. If the pickup window does not work, the winning bidder will need to coordinate with the auction committee to set up a time to collect their items. Winners of larger items will need to set up pick up arrangements with Jessica Opel as stated in the item description.
