Available in the peak of summer for your family get-together is a four bedroom, three bath 1st floor condo in the south end of Ocean City, New Jersey, a block away from the 37th Street beach. This beautiful home was completed mid-summer 2023 and has all the amenities you want at the Jersey shore! There are two primary suites, each with their own bathrooms. One has a king size bed and the other a queen size bed, and each bathroom has a step-in shower. Both suites open onto a rear porch. The other two bedrooms share a hall bath. One has two twin beds and the other has a futon which pulls out into a full-size bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, dressers, and large closets. The condo sleeps 8 very comfortably. There are two 55" TVs, one above the fireplace in the living room and the other in the room which contains the futon. The open and light-filled living room, dining area, and kitchen are great for gathering the family, either at the large table or on the stools at the kitchen island. Outside, there is an enclosed shower for washing off the sand after the beach, as well as a storage room for beach chairs and toys. A large front porch with ceiling fan is a great place to relax in the morning sun or to cool down in the evening at sunset. The state of the art, fully equipped kitchen has a double oven, induction cooktop, full size fridge, beverage fridge, and a drawer microwave. The unit is fully air conditioned for your comfort, has a full-size washer and dryer adjacent to the bedrooms, and has a garage below with a Tesla charger for your EV.
